There are two ways you can fund your services with Aunty Grace, these are:
Government Contributions
Private Funding
(Self-Funded)
There are a couple forms of government funding options that are provided for in home care. Aunty Grace is an approved provider to manage and deliver Home Care Packages.
A Home Care Package is one form of aged care funding provided by the Australian Government. It helps to pay for services that enable you to remain independent, safe, and well at home.
We help you select services that are tailored to your individual needs and ensure you get the most value out of your Home Care Package.
Depending on your situation, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package ranging from levels 1-4. The difference between the levels is the amount of support you require to meet your needs and the amount of government contributions provided to deliver these support services.
