Aunty Grace Home Care in Ballarat

My parents have been using Aunty Grace for 3 years now and I must say we have been very impressed by the service and support they provide. Just over a year ago they got assigned a new Case Manager and I must say that Panagiotis (Peter) goes above and beyond his duties to make it feel like a "real personal experience". Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and caring age care provider.

He listens and provides great services accommodating my parents’ needs. The team at Aunty Grace who I have had contact with are also helpful and proactive. Since signing my mum up with Aunty Grace last year when she was first awarded her care package we have had all positive experiences.... From our first meeting with Sonya Shelter I could see that she was passionate about getting things moving .... she regularly updates myself and my parents with schedules budgets and suggestions and goes above and beyond to get things organised so that my mum is well cared for.... My parents have nothing but praise for their weekly house cleaner who is extremely diligent, and does a fantastic job each week leaving the house spick and span...as well as always being reliable... We have in place many other services ...A physio, occupational therapist, a podiatrist who have all helped immensely to keep my mum mobile and moving and we greatly appreciate the care given. It's wonderful to be with a provider who has been easy to deal with and very helpful. Myself and my parents would Highly recommend Aunty Grace to anyone who is looking for a provider.

Extremely happy with our Aged Care Service Provider . Aunty Grace has been very professional and our care manager Georgia Wallace is so knowledgeable and can explain things really clearly for us all. We have had a few other companies and managers but they are not on top of everything like Georgia is. She answers emails even when I've forgotten it's holidays. Georgia even had some lovely flowers delivered for my mum and dad's 61st anniversary about three weeks ago. It's a lovely personal touch that bought years to mums eyes. We are really happy with all our services that we have been provided with. Gardener . Cleaner Alicia is outstanding . It took us a minute to fund the right people but their was no shortage. I also really appreciate being kept in the loop with all the changes the government has made.Explained how I can understand it.Georgia is so kind ,caring and professional. I can talk to her about anything and she's always positive and so helpful. Georgia checks in monthly with a phone call to see how we are all trekking. Always with many options if something has come up. Thanks Aunty Grace and really Georgia for helping me to keep my parents together in their own home. I want to give a shout out to my mother's Care Manager Angie and Care Coordinator Jack. They have been very responsive and supportive.
