We have had an amazing experience with Peter Giarimoglou from Aunty Grace while my parents have been in his care. From day one the team have gone above and beyond to make them feel comfortable safe and valued.Al the staff are warm patient and care about the people that are in their care, communication with our family has always been clear and respectful and Peter is so quick to respond to any questions of concerns. My parents have felt valued and heard by Peter. I can’t speak highly enough for the support he has given my family.

He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month. My parents have been using Aunty Grace for 3 years now and I must say we have been very impressed by the service and support they provide. Just over a year ago they got assigned a new Case Manager and I must say that Panagiotis (Peter) goes above and beyond his duties to make it feel like a "real personal experience". Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and caring age care provider.
