Trudy, Ileana and Bee at Aunty Grace are the best humans. Kind, caring and supportive every step of the way. They listen, they care, they respond and they action as requested... they are just simply the best aged carers you can meet. They have helped my father who is going through dementia and stage 4 pancreatic cancer in the best possible way organizing and providing the best aged care service possible. Trudy especially is so kind and caring and nurturing providing support by listening and understanding my situation and circumstance without judgment. I highly recommend them to anyone needing supportive aged care services with heart and compassion.

Had a fantastic experience with window cleaners supplied by Aunty Grace last week. We have a 2 story house with windows upstairs not cleaned for 20 years. The window cleaners not only cleaned the glass but the complete surround inside and out. The 2 workers didn't stop all day. Cost was more than reasonable.

We have had an amazing experience with Peter Giarimoglou from Aunty Grace while my parents have been in his care. From day one the team have gone above and beyond to make them feel comfortable safe and valued.Al the staff are warm patient and care about the people that are in their care, communication with our family has always been clear and respectful and Peter is so quick to respond to any questions of concerns. We switched to Aunty Grace because we were unhappy with my mother's previous provider. Our case manager Panayioti is amazing. He always shows empathy which is so essential for the elderly. He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month. All the staff have been so wonderful.

Extremely happy with our Aged Care Service Provider . Aunty Grace has been very professional and our care manager Georgia Wallace is so knowledgeable and can explain things really clearly for us all. We have had a few other companies and managers but they are not on top of everything like Georgia is. She answers emails even when I've forgotten it's holidays. Georgia even had some lovely flowers delivered for my mum and dad's 61st anniversary about three weeks ago. It's a lovely personal touch that bought years to mums eyes. We are really happy with all our services that we have been provided with. Gardener . Cleaner Alicia is outstanding . It took us a minute to fund the right people but their was no shortage. I also really appreciate being kept in the loop with all the changes the government has made.Explained how I can understand it.Georgia is so kind ,caring and professional. I can talk to her about anything and she's always positive and so helpful. Georgia checks in monthly with a phone call to see how we are all trekking. Always with many options if something has come up. Thanks Aunty Grace and really Georgia for helping me to keep my parents together in their own home. She fights for them when hospitalised too and has been our rock. Thanks Georgia and all who have answered the phone for me. You are all so kind. I would recommend Aunty Grace for your loved ones. .

My parents have been using Aunty Grace for 3 years now and I must say we have been very impressed by the service and support they provide. Just over a year ago they got assigned a new Case Manager and I must say that Panagiotis (Peter) goes above and beyond his duties to make it feel like a "real personal experience". Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and caring age care provider.
