His professionalism along with his caring nature has made my mother’s transition into this next phase of life as smooth as possible. Peter Giarimoglou is the Manager of my mothers home care package and I am my mothers carer. We have found Peter to be caring compassionate thoughtful and quick to respond to correspondence and answer or solve any queries we may have at all times. He is very thorough and explains all so we totally understand procedures plans expenses and whatever else is needed for everything to be up to date and that we meet all requirements that are expected of us. He is always pleasant and kind gentle and has a good sense of humour we are really happy he is taking care of us and the plan in place with Aunty Grace

Trudy, Ileana and Bee at Aunty Grace are the best humans. Kind, caring and supportive every step of the way. They listen, they care, they respond and they action as requested... they are just simply the best aged carers you can meet. They have helped my father who is going through dementia and stage 4 pancreatic cancer in the best possible way organizing and providing the best aged care service possible. We switched to Aunty Grace because we were unhappy with my mother's previous provider. Our case manager Panayioti is amazing. He always shows empathy which is so essential for the elderly. He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month. In general, Aunty Grace seems to be a good organization. Our personal experience with our personal Manager, Panagiotis, has been extremely satisfying for both my wife and me. 1. Panagiotis, as a person and in his interactions with clients, creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. The client feels at ease and confident that their needs will be met. 2. His communication is deep and respectful. 3. He has a unique way of exploring and understanding the client’s deeper needs, and he offers appropriate solutions. 4.
