Aunty Grace are exceptionally professional in their approach to dealing with sensitive matters. In general, Aunty Grace seems to be a good organization. Our personal experience with our personal Manager, Panagiotis, has been extremely satisfying for both my wife and me. 1. Panagiotis, as a person and in his interactions with clients, creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. The client feels at ease and confident that their needs will be met. 2. His communication is deep and respectful. 3. He has a unique way of exploring and understanding the client’s deeper needs, and he offers appropriate solutions. 4. He fulfills orders and informs the client if there is any delay. 5. He never neglects to respond cheerfully to emails or phone calls. 6. Because of my profession Social worker/Family counsellor I refer new clients to Aunty Grace and the feed back I get from those Peter has under his care is always positive

I also want to note his well recognised client care, this also is communicated and reciprocated by the clients I’ve visited of his. They all speak incredibly highly of Peter Gs service, as well as the time he takes with them to make clients calm and comfortable of services provided especially with us allied health providers. My parents have been using Aunty Grace for 3 years now and I must say we have been very impressed by the service and support they provide. Just over a year ago they got assigned a new Case Manager and I must say that Panagiotis (Peter) goes above and beyond his duties to make it feel like a "real personal experience". Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and caring age care provider.

I find Peter G a very helpful and pro active case manager for my parents’ package. Nothing is too difficult or a bother for him. He listens and provides great services accommodating my parents’ needs. The team at Aunty Grace who I have had contact with are also helpful and proactive. Trudy, Ileana and Bee at Aunty Grace are the best humans. Kind, caring and supportive every step of the way. They listen, they care, they respond and they action as requested... they are just simply the best aged carers you can meet. They have helped my father who is going through dementia and stage 4 pancreatic cancer in the best possible way organizing and providing the best aged care service possible. Trudy especially is so kind and caring and nurturing providing support by listening and understanding my situation and circumstance without judgment. We switched to Aunty Grace because we were unhappy with my mother's previous provider. Our case manager Panayioti is amazing. He always shows empathy which is so essential for the elderly. He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month. All the staff have been so wonderful.
