One of our Expert Care Partners will come and meet you to tailor your Home Care Plan - when you join Aunty Grace, your local Care Partner will visit you in your home to understand your needs and comprehensively assess your home environment. When your circumstances change, we'll come out to see you again. Your Care Partner will regularly check in to make sure we never miss an opportunity to better support you.
We have a team of Care Partners and Suppliers across Geelong. Where possible we allocate our Care Partners to clients that are in or close to where they live.
