I find Peter G a very helpful and pro active case manager for my parents’ package. Nothing is too difficult or a bother for him. He listens and provides great services accommodating my parents’ needs. The team at Aunty Grace who I have had contact with are also helpful and proactive. Nothing is put on the wait list and my questions and requests are handled respectfully and promptly. Services provided always remain very reliable. Extremely happy with our Aged Care Service Provider . Aunty Grace has been very professional and our care manager Georgia Wallace is so knowledgeable and can explain things really clearly for us all. We have had a few other companies and managers but they are not on top of everything like Georgia is. She answers emails even when I've forgotten it's holidays. Georgia even had some lovely flowers delivered for my mum and dad's 61st anniversary about three weeks ago. It's a lovely personal touch that bought years to mums eyes. We are really happy with all our services that we have been provided with. Gardener . Cleaner Alicia is outstanding . It took us a minute to fund the right people but their was no shortage. I also really appreciate being kept in the loop with all the changes the government has made.Explained how I can understand it.Georgia is so kind ,caring and professional. I can talk to her about anything and she's always positive and so helpful. Georgia checks in monthly with a phone call to see how we are all trekking. Always with many options if something has come up. Thanks Aunty Grace and really Georgia for helping me to keep my parents together in their own home.
