If you haven't already... The first official step is to register with My Aged Care (MAC). This opens the door to government-supported services and funding.

Organise an assessment
Once registered, My Aged Care will arrange an assessment to better understand what support and services may be needed at home.

Stay connected and keep us updated
As you move through the process, we encourage you to keep us informed — and please call us anytime if you need help or guidance along the way. We’re here to make it easier.

Support ready to start as soon as funding is allocated
Once your funding is allocated, we’ll be ready to put services in place quickly, so support at home can begin as soon as possible.
