Panagiotis, as a person and in his interactions with clients, creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. The client feels at ease and confident that their needs will be met. 2. His communication is deep and respectful. 3. He has a unique way of exploring and understanding the client’s deeper needs, and he offers appropriate solutions. 4. My parents have been using Aunty Grace for 3 years now and I must say we have been very impressed by the service and support they provide. Just over a year ago they got assigned a new Case Manager and I must say that Panagiotis (Peter) goes above and beyond his duties to make it feel like a "real personal experience". Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and caring age care provider.

They listen, they care, they respond and they action as requested... they are just simply the best aged carers you can meet. They have helped my father who is going through dementia and stage 4 pancreatic cancer in the best possible way organizing and providing the best aged care service possible. We switched to Aunty Grace because we were unhappy with my mother's previous provider. Our case manager Panayioti is amazing. He always shows empathy which is so essential for the elderly. He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month.
