In general, Aunty Grace seems to be a good organization. Our personal experience with our personal Manager, Panagiotis, has been extremely satisfying for both my wife and me. 1. Panagiotis, as a person and in his interactions with clients, creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. The client feels at ease and confident that their needs will be met. 2. His communication is deep and respectful. 3. He has a unique way of exploring and understanding the client’s deeper needs, and he offers appropriate solutions. 4. He fulfills orders and informs the client if there is any delay. 5. He never neglects to respond cheerfully to emails or phone calls. 6.
