I recently left another company. I had three care managers in a couple of months and none were of any help. Also I had a different cleaner every fortnight, only once did I have one twice through a cancellation. Whenever I tried to contact any of the case managers “please hold the line I will see if they are busy.” Not happy Jan. So I changed to Aunty Grace. Best move ever, able to contact my case manager directly, lovely cleaner every fortnight and great gardener too

They listen, they care, they respond and they action as requested... they are just simply the best aged carers you can meet. They have helped my father who is going through dementia and stage 4 pancreatic cancer in the best possible way organizing and providing the best aged care service possible. Trudy especially is so kind and caring and nurturing providing support by listening and understanding my situation and circumstance without judgment. We switched to Aunty Grace because we were unhappy with my mother's previous provider. Our case manager Panayioti is amazing. He always shows empathy which is so essential for the elderly. He has built a strong relationship with my mother and has great communication and understanding. She feels so special because he calls her personally to check up on her at least once a month. All the staff have been so wonderful.

Peter Giarimoglou is the Manager of my mothers home care package and I am my mothers carer. We have found Peter to be caring compassionate thoughtful and quick to respond to correspondence and answer or solve any queries we may have at all times. He is very thorough and explains all so we totally understand procedures plans expenses and whatever else is needed for everything to be up to date and that we meet all requirements that are expected of us. He is always pleasant and kind gentle and has a good sense of humour we are really happy he is taking care of us and the plan in place with Aunty Grace

Tracey is always available and efficient in delivering caring and optimal service for mum. she always touches base to see if she needs any other help and makes sure she is keeping well and happy. Aunty Grace has helped mum feel comfortable happy and anxious free. The services have helped mum with house cleaning, gardening, aids around the house, window and gutter cleaning, physiotherapy after her hip replacement and general handyman maintenance. Mum is very happy and comfortable to be able to still stay in her home and be amongst her life memories that bring her joy. Thank you Aunty Grace.
