A big thank you to the team from Aunty Grace and an even bigger ‘thank you’ to my mother’s case manager Peter Giarimoglou! His professionalism along with his caring nature has made my mother’s transition into this next phase of life as smooth as possible. Aging has many challenges as well as vulnerabilities but with Peter’s assistance it has not only enhanced my mother’s quality of life but as her primary carer has given me peace of mind knowing that her needs are met and dealt with, with utmost respect and expertise.

In general, Aunty Grace seems to be a good organization. Our personal experience with our personal Manager, Panagiotis, has been extremely satisfying for both my wife and me. 1. Panagiotis, as a person and in his interactions with clients, creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. The client feels at ease and confident that their needs will be met. 2. His communication is deep and respectful. 3. He has a unique way of exploring and understanding the client’s deeper needs, and he offers appropriate solutions. 4. He fulfills orders and informs the client if there is any delay. 5. He never neglects to respond cheerfully to emails or phone calls. 6. Because of my profession Social worker/Family counsellor I refer new clients to Aunty Grace and the feed back I get from those Peter has under his care is always positive

Tegan presented as professional and extremely empathetic towards mum but above all she is so so friendly, warm, caring to the point that mum didn't want her leave her home visit. Tegan you are truly lovely beautiful lady. Thank you The next appointment was with mum's Care Manager Nat Ermalov. We knew immediately when we first met Nat that we had chosen the perfect person and provider for my mother. We were amazed how Mum connected instantly with Nat. All I can see was mum's huge smile on her face 😃 and excited to chat to new friend. Nat you are warm, caring and gentle in nature but what shines above all is how compassionate and empathetic you truly are. Your ability to connect on an emotional level with mum has shown me how attuned you are to my mum's care, needs and her emotional physical and mental well-being. You are professional in presenting all the details of mum's Care Plan but also very patient whilst demonstrating a gentle friendly simple approach in allowing mum to understand the process, feel comfortable and know she will be supported by yourself and all the team at Aunty Grace. Thank you Nat. And finally, mum had her first Domestic Assistance weekly appointment. Wow Elise. What a friendly and hard working lady you are. Mum was over-joyed with how well you performed your tasks. Nothing was to hard for you and mum was sincerely grateful. She can't wait to see you again. Thank you Elise. I am really impressed with Aunty Grace's service. All of the staff I talked to were polite and professional with a personal touch. I want to give a shout out to my mother's Care Manager Angie and Care Coordinator Jack. They have been very responsive and supportive. They listen to their client's needs and go above and beyond to find the most suitable service provider based on their individual circumstance.
