Been able to speak my parents native language helps with the whole process a great deal as well. When my father passed away recently, Peter rang and then organised to visit my mum to see that she was coping OK and if she needed anymore assistance. Peter is a very caring individual who has a lot of knowledge on the work he does, he replies to emails and messages very promptly, something which happens rarely these days.
